Peas Pulav is easiest of all recipes and quick to make it out within minutes and also tastes good. i love Pulav very much.

Ingredients:
2 cups basmati rice
1 cup green peas
1/2 cup onions
4-5 cloves
1″ stick cinnamon
4-5 green chillies
2 tbl spns ghee or oil
4 cups water
1 Bay leaf
3 Cardamon
3 tsp Ginger garlic paste
3-4 strands coriander leaves to garnish
Salt to taste
1/2 cup coconut milk
8 Cashewnuts

Method:
First powder the cloves, greenchilles and cinnamon. Heat oil in a pan and add cardamon, bay leaf, cashewnuts, onion and fry it for 2 minutes, then add gingergarlic paste and the powder(cloves, greenchilles and cinnamon) till the raw smell goes off. Add peas,[panner optional] salt. Add rice and fry for 2-3 mins. Add water and coconut milk cover with lid and cook. When cooked, add some ghee and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
